Persistence

While contemplating my life path, I have come to a conclusion: Nothing worthwhile is ever easy at first. We must hack and slice our way through a jungle of lessons, until finally light dawns up ahead, and we find the path of least resistance. But we must persevere, using our mind to drive the machete through the underbrush of confusion. Upon this realization, I likened this observation of mine to a favorite quote:

“If you don’t go after what you want, you’ll never have it.
If you don’t ask, the answer is always no.
If you don’t step forward, you’re always in the same place.”

~ Nora Roberts

So keep hacking away my friends,  keep sweating and wiping your brow, swatting away the annoying bugs that are persistent deterrents. Your path will reveal itself in time.
