Meditate the music to understand

For those who would like to infuse a bit of Norse into their blood, and begin to feel the magic in everyday life, I offer this method of meditation. The seriously interested must have patience in this method (each is an hour-long meditation that tells a deep story of their time). But it is just for fun. Do it if you like. Ignore it if you’d rather not. Anywho, if you would like to feel it deeply, take the time to don your headphones, close your eyes, and relax back with the sounds: it will open the mind to hear the birdsong of the forest, the crunching of snow underfoot, to feel the wind and rain on your skin, hear the waves of oceans past, and connect with the life of our ancestors. So if you feel so inclined, just right click the links below and click “save as” to download … and meditate at your leisure. Don’t forget to use headphones, for the sound is designed from speaker to speaker. Just thought I’d offer this for those that might be interested. (The same tunes are in the sidebar of this page if you’d rather not download).
